The Sun rises and set in my palms
granted I give each day her alms
for the blessing
and curse
lays in her
arms.
I think of her beauty
and marvel in her
grace.
Upon each day that
sets me before
her face.
Moves my hands
and legs to a
dance of
gratitude
Lifts my tongue
to songs unknown
to gratitude.
Asé!
